Refund policy
AP Atelier accepts exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds. This is standard for luxury goods at this price point and protects the integrity of the collection.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
To initiate an exchange, contact us with your order number and the style you'd like to exchange for. Customer covers return shipping. AP Atelier covers shipping on the replacement.
